Larry Walker founded The Walker Company in 1991 after spending 18 years as a publishing executive. Larry has served in numerous health care board and leadership positions and worked with health care clients nationwide on a broad range of assignments, including governance development and leadership workshops and retreats. The Walker Company team has worked together for more than 20 years and is committed to helping boards improve their governing performance.
Our Team
Nicole Matson became a consultant with The Walker Company in 2004 after earning a Master of Public Health and working as an analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon. She conducts governance self-assessments, writes articles on current issues for health care trustees and leaders, and has developed case examples on various topics for the American Hospital Association.
Vone Yee became a consultant with The Walker Company in 2008 after earning degrees in health policy and business administration. Vone conducts governance self-assessments and assists in the production of The Walker Company’s quarterly governance newsletter. Her ability to work collaboratively and productively with colleagues and clients ensures exceptional service for our clients.
